About Us

Patrick's is an impressive, well preserved and beautifully proportioned original building, situated in the historic township of Koroit approximately 280 kms from Melbourne, 18 kilometres from Warrnambool and 20 kilometres from Port Fairy.  It is situated on the northern slopes of Tower Hill, an extinct volcano, and is only a few kilometres from the Princes Highway.

Koroit is located in the South Western districts of Victoria.  It's location makes it the perfect stopover when exploring the Great Ocean Road, or travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide.
