Tariff Includes:

Accommodation, full cooked breakfast, T2 teas, plunger coffee, daily newspaper, internet connection (WiFi also) and use of all hotel facilities.

Exclusive Use: 

Includes use of entire house and grounds, including 5 bedrooms (accommodates 10 guests) and full breakfast each morning as well as all the inclusions in the standard tariff.

Sunday - Thursday $1100 per night

Friday - Saturday $1200 per night

General Information:

  • We regret that because all bedrooms are located on the first floor we are unable to accommodate guests that cannot negotiate stairs.
  • No smoking inside the building.
  • Pets can not be accommodated, but we can recommend an excellent local kennel.
  • Patrick's is unsuitable for children.

Booking Conditions:

  • Booking is not confirmed until a deposit of at least 50% of total tariff is received, within 7 days of making the booking.
  • Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 11am (please let us know your estimated time of arrival when booking).
  • Early check-ins and late checkouts may be able to be accommodated, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

Standard industry cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • Cancellations notified more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations notified 7 days or less prior to arrival, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total deposit if rooms are unable to be relet, although bookings are fully transferable.
